Closed Issues in hotfix TIB_amx_dnit_020301_HF01 (This Release)

AMSG-9191:
This fix addresses two issues:

- If you are using Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 on Windows 7, and creating a
   TIBCO ActiveMatrix project, the implementation does not appear in the
   project.
  
- When using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 on Microsoft Windows 7 or Microsoft
   Windows Server 2008 R2, templates for creating TIBCO ActiveMatrix projects
   do not appear in Visual Studio.

Note: Ensure that you set the Target Framework in Microsoft Visual Studio
project properties to .NET Framework 3.0 or 3.5 before attempting compilation of
generated TIBCO ActiveMatrix projects.
