Description:
The hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support ftp server, support-ftp.tibco.com. Please use your eSupport username and password to access the server. After connecting, go to available_downloads/CollaborativeInformationManager/8.2.1/hotfix-08/ to download the hotfix.
This .tar file also has the Readme file inside. Please untar the file and look for the Readme file for Instruction on how to apply the hotfix.
The defects fixed in CIM 8.2.1 Hotfix 08 are:
CIM-12772
While expanding the tree view for all relationships for related records, Some of the records got overlapped with Delete and Cancel buttons. These records could not be selected for any operations.
CIM-12767
User roles assignments did not work if Native (CIM) and LDAP users were created with minor case difference. For example Native user as "User1" and LDAP user as "user1".
CIM-12763
In case of Workitem template customization, ASSOCPRODUCTSRELATIONSHIPNAME node was cloned but was not appended with relationship name.
CIM-12754
The text search returned incorrect result. This happened as text search matched the modversion of the record instead of the IndexEntity attributes.

In Event Details page, error occurred on clicking Records link.
