Defect Id: FORM-4311
If the initial state of a checkbox control on a TIBCO Form is "unchecked", and
the user does not change the state and submits the form, a value of "true" is
submitted to the server. Because of this incorrect value being submitted, the
checkbox control on the form for the next step is shown as "checked".
