You can download this HotFix from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server, support-ftp.tibco.com. You will need to provide your eSupport username and password to access the server.
Once you have successfully logged into the server, go to /available_downloads/BusinessEvents/EventStreamProcessing/5.0.1/hotfix-02 to download the fix appropriate for your edition and operating system platform.

If TIBCO BusinessEvents 5.0.1 Hotfix01 is already installed, you must uninstall it before proceeding with the installation of the current hotfix.
This is because of the issue BE-16188 which requires TIBCO BusinessEvents 5.0.1 Hotfix01 to be uninstalled. Please see the Closed Issues section for
details.
