GS-11166
The Windows VC9 Driver had spurious authentication failures when using SPNEGO authentication. A more recent version of the cURL library now includes SPNEGO support via Windows native SSPI, rather than using the MIT Kerberos library. This fixes the issue. In the Windows SDKs, there is now a subdirectory in each binary directory called 'curl-sspi' that contains the newer curl library. Replace the current library with this new one in your Driver path if you are experiencing this problem.

The new setting 'Resolve IP Address' has been added to the LDAP configuration page. When true, prior to every LDAP operation the host's IP address is resolved and that is used rather than the hostname. This is useful when using DNS load balancing, in that the IP address will be logged on failures rather than the alias.

When submitting Tasks in a multithreaded manner, it was possible for the first Task, which creates the initialization data file, to be submitted after other Tasks. This results in those prior Tasks failing with the message 'Severe: Missing file [...]/job.tasklet'. This is fixed on all Drivers.

Shared Services can use different Service ID's when in a failover situation, which can result in Task ID's being reset and clashing. This is remedied by starting Task ID's at a very high number for Shared Services on Failover Brokers. This starting number can also be set via the Service option
FAILOVER_SHARED_SERVICE_MIN_TASK_ID.
