Description:
The hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support ftp server, support-ftp.tibco.com. Please use your eSupport username and password to access the server. After connecting, go to available_downloads/CollaborativeInformationManager/8.2.1/hotfix-12/  to download the hotfix.
This .tar file also has the Readme file inside. Please untar the file and look for the Readme file for Instruction on how to apply the hotfix.

CIM-13619
Resource security constraints on relationships did not work correctly, if
repository model was incrementally modified to add new relationship
definition and deployed from TIBCO Collaborative Information Manager Studio.

CIM-13802
The frequently updated records in an external system were imported to
TIBCO Collaborative Information Manager. Based on the latest timestamp,
the external system identified the record as golden copy record.However,
the golden copy record could not be tracked as golden copy in
TIBCO Collaborative Information Manager. To fix this issue, order by clause
is provided on the DBColumnName.

TIBCO Collaborative Information Manager 8.2.1 Hotfix 12 is now available.
