The hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support ftp server, support-ftp.tibco.com. Please use your eSupport username and password to access the server. After connecting, go to available_downloads/CollaborativeInformationManager/8.2.0/hotfix-04/ to download the hotfix.
This .tar file also has the Readme file inside. Please untar the file and look for the Readme file for Instruction on how to apply the hotfix.
The defects fixed in CIM 8.2.0 Hotfix 04 are:
CIM-14019
Search result failed for record query webservice with output map, if predefined keys such as ACTIVE, RECORD_STATE were specified in the request xml.
CIM-13983
A complex data model took longer time to save the record bundle.
To fix this issue, add the following configuration value under optimization switches category to the ConfigValues.xml.
The configuration value is added to use only partial bundle loadingand thereby improve the saving time of record bundle.
