manual removal.

TIBR-11958: Occasionally, you received duplicate email alerts of tibbr posts
as part of the hourly and daily email digests configured by you.

TIBR-11975: For multiple actions, such as likes for or replies to the same post
liked by a user, notifications were sometimes missing.
