6. New command for configuring the parseUsernames option for the Database authentication method.
   enable-user   Enables or disables a user in the User Directory.
7. New command for enabling/disabling a user.
   config-basic-database-auth   Configures the Spotfire Database authentication source for the BASIC authentication method.
8. New command for updating the domains of all existing users and groups after changing domain name style.
   switch-domain-name-style   Switches the domain names for all users and groups from one style (DNS or NetBIOS) to the other (for all configured domains).
