TIBCO BusinessConnect EDI Protocol HIPAA Edition powered by Instream 6.4.0 hotfix 1 has been released.

You can download this Hot Fix from the TIBCO Product Support FTP server using your eSupport username and password, at

            ftp://support-ftp.tibco.com

Once you have successfully logged into the server, you will find the hotfix packages under

            available_downloads/ActiveExchange/EDI-HIPAA/6.4.0/hotfix-01/

Closed Issues in 6.4.0_HF-001 (This Release)

CR: HIPA-146

When a Synchronous request is received by BusinessConnect engine which
has HIPAA Edition powered by Instream installed to handle 270 requests,
if the Synchronous request has validation errors in the document, the
rejection 999 Acknowledgement used to be generated based on the
Functional Group of the Synchronous RequestResponse transaction set
will now generate on 005010X231A1 Group based on the HIPAA specification.
Users must still set the Acknowledgement to be 005010X231 in the HIPAA
Acknowledgement tab in Partner configuration to take effect.
This issue is fixed.

CR: HIPA-153

With the updates in the HIPAA specification, 824 Application Advice
transactions would now be generated under 005010X186A1 Functional Group
instead of 005010X186. Users must create 005010X186A1 Group and define
a 824 Application Advice Transaction with appropriate guidelines, maps
and schemas to validate this change.
