Closed issues in 1.3.1_HF-009 (This Release)
PVM-430
A suspended process that has any pending work items would continuously
reschedule, increasing the size of the request queue table.
PVM-427
On Oracle systems, the request queue builds up more quickly than the cleanup
process purges processed queue items, causing database space issues.
BX-2744
The response time for Process Manager's listProcessInstanceAttributes request
needs improvement.
BX-2731
Catch All behavior should not have a null value for the fault name.
