Description:
The hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support ftp server, support-ftp.tibco.com. Please use your eSupport username and password to access the server. After connecting, go to available_downloads/CollaborativeInformationManager/8.3.0/hotfix-04/ to download the hotfix.

This .tar file also has the Readme file inside. Please untar the file and look for the Readme file for Instruction on how to apply the hotfix.
The defects fixed in CIM 8.3.0 Hotfix 04 are:

CIM-16586
A nullpointer exception was shown while creating a parent record that had to be validated whether it contains at least one child record.

CIM-16550
The duplicate function in a rulebase ignored null values and failed with SQLSyntaxErrorException when the value of the last attribute was set to null.

CIM-16538
After purging the records and deleting a repository with its associated Business Process Rule, the work item related to the repository existed on the Inbox screen. In this scenario, after logging into TIBCO MDM,
the following error message was displayed on the Inbox screen for a work item summary: "XMLHttpRequest (status=$0):Failed to get work item summaries"

While executing the Record Validate web service if the related records contained validation errors, a null pointer exception was shown.

When child record's attribute was modified and then validated, the relationship attribute value disappeared after accessing from the relationship tree.

Deployment of a workflow from TIBCO MDM studio failed due to TransformerException.

CIM-16500
When a record was opened for modification from the Record Introduction page of a work item, a record was displayed in the non-editing mode along with the error message.

CIM-16418
The Showoninput clause was specified for the drop-down based constraints for a relationship attribute in the rulebase validation file. When the relationship name was clicked on the relationship tree, the relationship attribute values were not displayed as per the specified rulebase in the record list.

CIM-16395
The relationship tree did not display the configured attributes properly on the Modify Record page.

CIM-16389
When searched for a related record on Internet Explorer, version 8, the Search result did not return any records in the first attempt.

CIM-16384
The parent relationship attribute's value was overwritten after adding a child relationship attribute value. This issue occurred for self-contained relationship.

CIM-16347
The web service request for CloseAll work items when sent with an Event ID parameter did not work.

CIM-16318
The value of a multi-value attribute was not visible on the Relationship tab when the multi-value attribute contained a single value, and was configured using the recordui-render.xml file.

CIM-16248
The import records operation failed intermittently with the concurrent modification exception. This issue occurred when ActiveSpaces contained multiple seeders.

CIM-16019
