The hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support ftp server, support-ftp.tibco.com. Please use your eSupport username and password to access the server. After connecting, go to /available_downloads/ActiveSpaces/2.1.2/hotfix-05/ to download the hotfix.
This .zip file also has the Readme file inside. Please unzip the file and look for the Readme file for Instruction on how to apply the hotfix.

AS-2521 Queries with "OR" and "is null" do not return null matches.
AS-2524 BW designer runtime exception occurs when spaces are introspected.
AS-2533 Queries for "is null" / "is not null" do not verify the field names used.

AS-2545 .NET applications compiled using the version 2.0.2 ActiveSpaces DLL did not
run on AS 2.1.2.
