You can download this HotFix from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server, mft.tibco.com.  You will need to provide your  TSC (TIBCO Support Central) credentials.  You username is your email address  to access the server.  Once you have successfully logged into the server, go to /AvailableDownloads/TRA_Designer/5.7.3/hotfix-01/ to download the fix.

Hotfixes are cumulative. This is the first hotfix for TIBCO Runtime Agent 5.7.3.

Installation
 
All Platforms:
 
 1. Shut down all running TIBCO applications.
 2. Back up the contents in the {TIBCO_HOME}\tra\5.7\hotfix\lib directory.
 3. Unzip the hotfix zip file to a temporary directory.
    For example, c:\tibco\trahotfix.
 4. Get the TIBCOUniversalInstaller version 2.9.4.006 from TIBCO Support
    FTP Server ftp://support-ftp.tibco.com and copy it into the directory from
    where the hotfix is extracted.
 5. Launch the TIBCOUniversalInstaller{.exe,bin} executable from this
    temporary directory and install the hotfix into the {TIBCO_HOME}
    of your base product.
 6. Restart your TIBCO applications.

Uninstallation
 
To remove a hotfix, you must delete the contents of the hotfix
directory and restore any files changed per the hotfix readme
instructions. This returns your software to its original condition.
 
To reinstall a previous hotfix version, follow the instructions
published in the the hotfix readme file that is part of the hotfix
package.
 
All Platforms:
 
 1. Shut down all running TIBCO applications.
 2. Remove the contents of the directory: {TIBCO_HOME}\tra\5.7\hotfix\lib.
 3. Remove the hotfix readme file from {TIBCO_HOME}\release_notes.
 4. Restore the files changed as per step 2 in the Installation section.
 5. From your <TIBCO_HOME>\_installInfo directory, manually remove the file
    titled TRA_5.7.3.1_prodInfo.xml.
 6. Restart your TIBCO applications.

Work around infinite-loop issue in Xerces when using SoftReferenceSymbolTable. This defect has been fixed.
 
If SoftReferenceSymbolTable configuration is desired, set the following property in the .tra file:
java.property.org.apache.xerces.xni.parser.XMLParserConfiguration=com.tibco.xerces.parsers.TibcoSoftReferenceSymbolTableConfiguration.
