WRM-6452
Reduce TXs used when BRM processes asynchronous messages
e.g. group management, scheduling work items and responding.

WRM-6451
AsyncReschduleWorkItem API doesn't halt process instance for design style
failures.

WRM-6402
Changes for out of sequence messages (OOSM) under WRM-6402:
 
- When a work item is cancelled BRM will remove all OOSM associated with
the work item.
 
- Any exception generated, other than OutOfSequenceException, will not roll
back the transaction used to process a work item event.  Before an exception
would cause the transaction to be rolled back and the event remain unchanged
resulting in it being retried until it was manually removed.
 
- An OOSM is now generated by rescheduleWorkItem if the associated work item
is missing (OutOfSequenceException).
 
- OOSM are no longer written for asynchronous work item scheduling.

WRM-6378
Pageflow Engine throws a class not found exception when a parent pageflow
process has a reusable dynamic subprocess associate in a different project and
the subprocess is referencing BOM.

WRM-6439
The BPM common LRUCache class intermittently throws NullPointerException when
running against IBM's 1.6 JRE.

WRM-6409
The getAllocatedItems performs badly when work items are offered to large RQL
offer sets.

WRM-6390
SOAP API calls fail if ProcessManager and WebComponents logical nodes are not
co-located.

WRM-6364
Have observed amx.bpm.app going into a "Start Failed" state following
application of ActiveMatrix 3.1.5 Hotfix13 followed by BPM upgrade.

Attribute sizes set to 32000 for clob columns hence truncating the data.

PurgeProcessInstances API deleting instances in all states instead of
purging only the instances in final states.

Database exception on the service virtualization thread while processing the
reply of a web-service task caused uncommitted transactions on the thread
subsequently.
