TIBCO Businessworks 5.9.2 Hotfix-22 can be downloaded from the TIBCO Product Support file transfer server, mft.tibco.com, using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Central website. Please note you should use an FTP or SFTP client or command-line FTP.  TIBCO employees must use a secure protocol.

Closed Issues in 5.9.2_hotfix22 (This Release)

BW-16218
Under certain conditions, the JDBC call procedures failed with the error
"Missing IN or OUT parameter at index 1", when native drivers of
version 11.2.0.2 or higher were used.
A property has been introduced for this. Set property
bw.plugin.jdbc.useOracleArray to "true" to use the property. The default value
is "false".

BW-16234
When the body element to be encrypted was selected in "Message Elements for
Encryption" in the Security Policy Association activity, the element was not
encrypted. This occurred when using SOAP with RPC or the encoded style.

BW-16255
When a URL request was made to a nonexistent resource,Built-in Retrieve
Resource Service threw the File Not Found error on the console. It hung and
responses were not sent back to the client.

BW-16274
Security Policy Association no longer has the limitation of not signing
or encrypting the single element of SOAP body that came without
namespace (unqualified).

BW-16281
When the WSS policy association was applied on unqualified optional elements,
the values for which were not provided by the client, it could not encrypt
the element and threw the error
"WSEncryptBody/WSSignEnvelope: Element to encrypt/sign not found"
