This hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Product Support file transfer server, mft.tibco.com, using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Web. You can use FTP, SFTP (FTP or SFTP use requires an FTP / SFTP client or command-line FTP), or your web browser at https://mft.tibco.com (requires Java applet support in your browser). Once logged on you can find the hotfix under:

BWLX-100
When building the EAR file, the activity's external resources were not
automatically added to the shared archive.
BWLX-91
When nested schema was specified in the Configuration tab of the XML
Validation activity, it could not load all the referenced schemas and
the following error was displayed:
src-resolve: Cannot resolve the name <ABC>
where "ABC" is the element declared in one of the nested schema files.
BWLX-101
The output of the File to Stream activity can now be reused in multiple
BWLX activities.
