Drivers would fail to login to Standalone Brokers if the Director ID was not in
their Role's Manager List.
GS-12524
The following can occur under a mixed grid configuration in which a Broker is 6.0
and the Director is 6.1: An empty PropertyDiscriminator added to a Service can
cause Engine balancing to fail, with the log message on the Director: "You
cannot add a non-discrimination type to discrimination set". To enable this
fix, go to "Manager Configuration>Hotfixes" and enable the associated setting.
Stability,Fault Tolerance

Instead of retrying, an Engine would fail a Task and restart with the message
"java.lang.IllegalStateException: writeToStream called with null object" in its
log if the Driver's FileServer ran out of threads.
