The GV property for specifying global variables during TIBCO BW Enabler archive
deployment no longer fails when a property value contains a 'comma' character.
For example, "GV=TEST=123, 45, TEST2=13" is now valid and will parse to
'TEST=123, 45' and 'TEST2=13'.
