Closed Issues in 3.3.2_hf02. This lists includes issues closed in hotfix 01
and 02.


FVE-4484 (hf02)
If the "Send again when submitter updates submission" checkbox is checked
in the Set Up Notificatoins dialog box, it cannot be unselected.

FVE-4483/4462 (hf02/hf01)
If a submitter has permission to view a prior submission, but does not have
editing permissions, the File Upload button is still clickable in the record.

FVE-4482 (hf02)
The File Upload field does not work on a task form.

FVE-4481 (hf02)
If there are more than 20 users in the Project roles list on the project
home page, and another user is added, the new users are not dipslayed when
the page is refreshed.

FVE-4478 (hf01)
When a user whose LDAP DN contains a slash signs in to Formvine, an error
is displayed.

FVE-4477 (hf01)
There is a formatting issue for tibbr notifications: configured line breaks
are not always included in the post.

FVE-4475 (hf01)
If a File Upload field is marked as required and a user edits a "Save for
later" record, the File Upload field fails the "required" verification even
though a file has already been uploaded.

FVE-4372 (hf01)
If a File Upload field is marked as required, a form cannot be saved for later
unless a file is uploaded.

FVE-3799 (hf01)
Visual glitch for the Save project modal dialog where the modal mask can
scroll out of position on some browser.
