Submitting large numbers of parallel thread service requests of short duration
can cause a crash.
Database
GS-12552
When many Tasks are cancelled at the same time, start and finish times on Task
entries in the reporting database could be corrupted. This has been observed
when using the Oracle JDBC driver but may be present in other drivers.

GS-12544
When a Task failed with an exception message containing an XML predefined entity
such as a quote, the Driver could enter a state where it constantly logs off
with the message "Problem during message send:
com.datasynapse.commons.serialization.xml.XmlException: expected =, got a quoted
string". This could only occur if that Service had blacklisting enabled, and
there was at least one Broker Hook installed.
