 This hotfix corrects the issues listed in the Closed Issue section.
 
 This hotfix applies to TIBCO iProcess Engine 11.3.1 running on the
 following platforms and databases:
 
  - Intel Pentium x86; Linux; Oracle 11g
  - HP Itanium; HP-UX 11-23; Oracle 10g
 
 Note: TIBCO iProcess Engine 11.3.1.25 or above must be installed with
       TIBCO iProcess Workspace (Windows) 11.3.1.25 or above, and TIBCO
       iProcess Objects Server 11.3.1.3 or above.

Closed Issue in 11.3.1_HF-030 (This Release)

Defect Id: IPE-3444

 The BG process was suspended when reconnecting to an LDAP server that
 was performing synchronization.

Defect Id: IPE-3432 (Parent IPE-3346)
 
 More logs have been added to trace the information of the locks in the
 CIndex_MUTEX lock pool used by the WIS process.  

Defect Id: IPE-3430 (Parent IPE-3348)

 A deadlock occurred which caused all the "worker" threads and the update
 thread in the WIS process to suspend when more than one of the "worker"
 threads were processing the WIS session simultaneously.  

Defect Id: IPE-3429 (Parent IPE-3283)

 A deadlock occurred when the m_IndexLock parameter was used in the
 CIndex::SetDeleted() and CIndex::IsDeleted() functions.
