This hotfix corrects the issue listed in the Closed Issue section.
This hotfix applies to TIBCO iProcess Engine version 11.4.1.2 running on the following platforms and databases:
Microsoft Windows(x86) - Windows Server 2008 (32-bit and 64-bit) - Windows Server 2008 R2 (64-bit) - Windows Server 2003 (32-bit and 64-bit) - Windows Server 2012 (64-bit) - Windows Server 2012 R2 (64-bit) - Windows 7 (32-bit and 64-bit) - Windows 8 (32-bit and 64-bit) - Windows Vista
Databases - Oracle Database 11g - 11.1.x (Oracle Client must be 11.2.0.3) - 11.2.x (Oracle Client must be 11.2.0.3) - Oracle Database 12c - 12.1.x (Oracle Client must be 11.2.0.3)
When upgrading TIBCO Process Engine version 9.0 to TIBCO iProcess Engine version 11.4.1.2, the Upgrade Schema check box was unselected and if you continued the upgrade process without selecting the check box, the installer crashed.
The Hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Product Support file transfer server, mft.tibco.com, using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Central website. Please note you should use an FTP or SFTP client or command-line FTP. TIBCO employees must use a secure protocol.
