Closed Issues in 5.11.0_HF-012 (This Release)

BW-16529
Setting large values for timeout threw the following error:
"java.lang.IllegalArgumentException: timeout value is negative".

Note:
BW-16369 (fixed in HF009) is now a property driven fix. Set the property
bw.plugin.http.setConnectionTimeout=true to use activity timeout value as the
connectionTimeout value. The default value is "false". Maximum allowed value
is 2147482 seconds.

BW-16364
When the Policy Palette was used for authentication and timeout, timestamp and
the username/password tokens were present in the outbound SOAP Security header.
The username token appeared before the timestamp.
A property has been intoduced for this. Set the property
java.property.ws.security.policy.prepend.timestamp=true,
to prepend the timestamp element. The default value is "false".

BW-15831
For SOAP Send Reply there was no option to select a delivery mode and it used
PERSISTENT as the ONLY delivery mode.  
This fix now provides a drop-down for the JMS Delivery Mode (Response) with
the following options:
- Persistent
- Non-Persistent
- TIBCO EMS Reliable
