The build.properties and plugin.properties (that is, all source except
.project and .classpath) within the .si.bds and .da.bds should not get
regenerated, on modification, to an unrelated .bds project.
XPD-6915
Memory leak when reloading XSD files during DAA export.
XPD-6868
(this was introduced in 3.7.0_HF-001 by XPD-6384)
DAA generation fails with null pointer exception if a DAA is re-generated after
the project name is changed.
XPD-6784
(this was introduced in 3.7.0_HF-001 by XPD-6384)
DAA generation failed for 'BDS Global Data Project' after changing the project
lifecycle version.
WS-1576
Data View: "viewWorkList" privilege for showing work items associated with GoRef
is changed to "viewGlobalWorkList".
