An alert is now generated during a failed Broker grid library extraction. Grid
library extraction will be reattempted after a Broker restart.
Allocation Algorithms
FS-8954
An alert is now generated when an Engine logs into the Broker running an unknown
Component or Enabler. The allocator can optionally be automatically disabled
when this occurs if the configuration option
'Disable Allocation for Unknown Enabler' is enabled.
