ID: CR4070 - Data table definitions can grow ever more spurious specific access rights
There's an issue where it's possible for the web server, author client and SSync to suffer
from worsening performance and to the point of eventually locking up. The cause was a
heavily used data table definition which was found to have grown a huge number of
spurious specific user access rights for user 0.

The Hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Product Support file transfer server, mft.tibco.com,
