AS-3795 When the number of hosts was less than the replication count, you could not recover.
AS-3805 The Remote Client can now connect to multiple proxies with the security enabled.

AS-3881 With Shared Nothing persistence used, seeders would crash if alter space was done multiple times and cluster was restarted in an attempt to recover.
AS-3886 When remote client used a browser, it would crash intermittently in process (QueryAck*).
AS-3888 Drop handling did not get completed when remote client issued an operation right after a sedeer was killed.
AS-3890 When a remote client connection was used, you would intermittently get an "unknown_response" exception in the snapshot browser.
