ID: CR4085 – BUG: uFolderRights.IsFolderAccessAllowed could return incorrect results for
the root folder
The IsFolderAccessAllowed function in uFolderRights.pas allowed incorrect results for the
root folder due to TMapFoldersTable.FindFolderByPath returning a value of ‘True’ for empty
paths instead of an empty string..
