AS-3851 When a remote client exited without committing a transaction, the rollback did
not complete successfully. This has been fixed.

AS-3867 When using Shared Nothing persistence, the space was stuck in the initial state
during recovery if the manager node did not have any persistence file.

AS-3880 When using Shared Nothing persistence, seeders crashed during recovery if the
space was altered repeatedly and the cluster was restarted.

AS-3895 When a remote client was killed, there was a chance that the proxy node could
crash. Since the crash was caused by a race condition, the probability of a
crash was system dependent.

AS-3902 When using Shared Nothing persistence, a seeder did not join the space during
recovery due to a "file_block_invalid" error when reading the persistence load
file.
