The concurrency level in TIBCO Hawk Microagent (HMA) for instrumentation was
increased.
BW-16592
Receive Mail activity did not extract the body text if the message contained
an attachment. To use this fix set the following property to "true".
"bw.plugin.mail.receiverFlattenNestedAttachments"
The default value is "false".

Under specific conditions, the fix for BW-8166 provided in TIBCO ActiveMatrix
BusinessWorks 5.9.3 did not work as expected.
