We are pleased to notify you of updates to the TIBCO Foresight CORE 835 Code Combination Tables.  The TIBCO Foresight CORE

835 Code Combination Tables are used for validation of Healthcare transactions only. These tables do not affect Non-Healthcare

 or Global Markets customers.

 ATTENTION: This Code Table file is valid for Instream and HIPAA Validator Desktop versions 8.3.0, hotfix3, or 8.4.0 and newer. If your 

Instream / Desktop software is older than version 8.3.0, hotfix3, or 8.4.0, DO NOT INSTALL THIS UPDATE. You will need to upgrade

your validation software before installing this code table file.  These changes will be included in the next 

Instream / Desktop release.

Downloading Updates

Updates can be downloaded from the TIBCO Product Support file transfer server, mft.tibco.com, using your username and password for the 

TIBCO Support Web.  You can use FTP, SFTP (FTP or SFTP use requires an FTP/SFTP client or command-line FTP), or your web 

browser at https://mft.tibco.com (requires JAVA applet support in your browser). Once on the MFT site, downloads can be

We are pleased to offer you our latest Core3 Code Combination Table update. 

When needed, Foresight makes Core3 Code Combination Table updates available between new versions of Instream

and Desktop. 

Note: You can import these Core 3 Code Combination Tables  into Instream and Desktop but it is not used by

      EDISIM.

Also note that TIBCO may need to change the Core3 Code Combination Table file format in the future. At that

point, you will need to upgrade to the newest version of Instream/Desktop.

This installation updates the Core III Code Combination Table to version 3.1.3 released February 2015

This Core3 Code Combination Table update contains all Core Code Combinations as of version 3.1.3 released in

February 2015.  You do not have to install any previous Core3 Code Combination Table updates before this one.

2. WHEN TO INSTALL

There are two occasions when Core3 Code Combination Table gets updated:

- When you Install an Instream or Desktop release. 

   The latest Core3 Code Combination Table is automatically    included in each Instream and Desktop release.

   This is the primary method for getting the latest Core3  Code Combination Table.

   (Note: For details about the changes in each Instream  and Desktop update/release, see the Readme.txt file

    in the bin folder for that release.)

- When a Core3 Code Combination Table Update is installed:

   The Core3 Code Combination Table updates (like this one)  are posted separately on the website for inclusion into

   earlier Instream/Desktop releases.  These postings are created whenever the Core group releases an update.

Windows installation:

1.  Back up the current Core3 Code Combination Table file FS_Core3.dat. This file can be found in your Desktop or

    Instream  bin directory.

2.  Unzip FS_Core3_8.4.0.3.zip into a separate directory.

3.  Copy the FS_Core3.dat file into the Desktop or Instream  Bin directory.

Unix installation:

1.  Back up the current Core3 Code Combination Table file  fs_core3.dat. This file can be found in your Instream  bin directory.

2.  Unpack HVInStreamCore3_8.4.0.3.tar.gz into your Instream  bin directory:

    #gunzip HVInStreamCore3_8.4.0.3.tar.gz 

    #tar -xvf HVInStreamCore3_8.4.0.3.tar
