Closed Issues in 2.0.1_HF-007 (This Release)

AF-5407
The cancellation amendments performed on some orders were failing in AOPD
due to incorrect product modelling. The compensation plan fragment for a
particular action was missing in the product model which led to exceptions
in AOPD. Due to this exception the plan generation for subsequent
new orders/amendment orders also faced exceptions. This was causing the
orders to remain in orchestrator with the status as SUSPENDED or OPD.
This issue has been handled now. AOPD will  generate the plan with empty
plan fragment. Orchestartor will then fail with appropriate error regarding
the missing plan fragment while trying to execute such a plan.

Additionally AOPD will handle exceptions raised while executing such use cases
and send out the failure OPDResponseEvent to orchestrator.  User can then withdraw
the new order or amendment order and resubmit the problem orders.
