AS-3943 Entry TTL was reset on the following two conditions:

              1) recovery from persistence

              2) redistribution due to a seeder joining or leaving

AS-4019 If the member timeout was set to more than 60 seconds, the manager crashed on a network failure.

AS-4045 While recovering from Shared-Nothing Persistence, a seeder sometimes crashed if the file was sparsely populated with tuples due to Takes or Expirations.

AS-4052 While recovering from Shared-Nothing Persistence using the Robust Recovery option, memory usage was high and potentially caused the system to use all the available memory and swap.
