Description:
You can download this HotFix from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server, mft.tibco.com.  You will need to provide your  TSC (TIBCO Support Central) credentials.  You username is your email address  to access the server.  Once you have successfully logged into the server, go to /AvailableDownloads/Administrator/5.9.0/hotfix-02/ to download the fix.

Installation

All Platforms:
 1. Shut down all running TIBCO applications.
 
 2. Extract the hotfix archive file to a temporary directory. 
 
 3. Get TIBCO Universal Installer version 3.2.5 V5 from TIBCO Support and 
    download it to the temporary directory. 
 
 4. Navigate to the temporary directory.   
 
 5. Run TIBCO Universal Installer, selecting an existing <TIBCO_HOME>.

Uninstallation

 1. Navigate to the <TIBCO_HOME>\tools\universal_installer.  
 
 2. Run the TIBCO Universal Installer and uninstall the hotfix using the wizard.

ADM-5513
TIBCO Administrator now prevents persistent cross-site scripting in 
TIBCO Administrator Tomcat. A persistent cross-site scripting attack is used 
on a web application to send malicious code, generally in the form of a 
browser-side script. The malicious script is permanently stored on the target 
web application's database, log files, and so on. When the users access the 
web application, the stored script is executed and the user's sensitive 
information is compromised.
