Defect Id: IPWB-239
When external work item forms (for example, ASP or JSP forms) are opened in a
separate browser window, and they are then resized and repositioned, the
dimensions are not being persisted as they should (dimension changes were
persisted in earlier versions (11.0)).

Defect Id: IPWB-240
When the client is configured to open work item forms in a separate browser
window, internal forms (General Interface (GI) Forms and TIBCO Forms) do not
display; the browser window is blank.

using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Central website.
