AS-4262 When TIBCO ActiveSpaces Hotfix 9 or Hotfix 10 was installed on a Windows environment that has an ActiveSpaces 2.1.5 installation, an error occurred prompting for missing Windows DLL files. The error did not occur if VC 2012 redistributable was installed on the machine.
