This hotfix applies to TIBCO iProcess Engine 11.5.0.2 and 11.5.0.4 running on the following platforms and databases:

Oracle Database 11g 12.1.0.2, 12c 12.1.x Oracle Client must be 12.1.0.2
Due to one SQL statement being marked as cached, memo searches might look in the incorrect table, resulting in no data being found despite a memo being actually assigned.
This issue affects systems with memo data in both the MEMO and NMEMO tables and affects either type of memo.
The Hotfix can be downloaded from the TIBCO Product Support file transfer server, mft.tibco.com, using your username and password for the TIBCO Support Central website. Please note you should use an FTP or SFTP client or command-line FTP. TIBCO employees must use a secure protocol.
