Issues section.

A TIB_AMXBPM_3.1.0-HF1_Addendum_CaseManagement.zip file is supplied as
part of this Hotfix distribution.

Extract TIB_AMXBPM_3.1.0-HF1_Addendum_CaseManagement.zip to a temporary
directory. The .zip file contains:

- TIBCO ActiveMatrix® BPM Hotfix Addendum. This addendum provides updated
  documentation for changes and fixes that have been implemented in TIBCO
  ActiveMatrix BPM 3.1 Hotfix 001.

- TIBCO ActiveMatrix BPM 3.1 Hotfix 001 compatible versions of the BPM public
  web service API (in the public_api folder).

Closed issues in 3.1.0_HF-003 (This Release)

WRM-8691
When performing a candidate query on a dynamic organization, the background
processing of the candidate query can exceed the transaction timeout,
causing the updates to the organization model to fail.

WRM-8617
The Business Data Service components must have their version numbers increased
to avoid upgrade failure in the presence of ActiveMatrix 3.3.0_HF010 or higher.

WRM-8599 (WRM-8498)
If you specify a date on a form, submit the form, and then open the form from
another user task, the user task displays the previous date.

WRM-8532 (WRM-8471)
Registering RQL expressions, for Process Participants or Performer data fields,
that use an apostrophe in a string, for example, resource(name="John's") fail
with a "{DE_ENTITY_SAVE_ERROR} - Error encountered when saving an entity's
details" exception, when parsed.

WRM-8441
When using business data objects, if you have:

- generated business objects being used in a user task
- a large, complex schema
- enumeration literals that contain special characters

it can cause an exception, similar to the one below:

com.tibco.n2.dataFeeds.ecore.DataSerializationException: Failed to serialize
[java.lang.IllegalArgument Exception: Not a valid enumeration literal:]

WRM-8396
When publishing BPM audit data to a JMS connection factory, if an error causes
no destinations to be registered, this causes Event Collector to ignore all
future messages.  

WRM-8394
When publishing BPM audit date to an external Enterprise Message Server (EMS),
the connections are kept open forever and the number of producers keeps
increasing, eventually causing a resource leak.

WRM-8269
Every time a resource query language (RQL) query is re-evaluated, it causes
a database update to each resource record associated with that RQL query. This
is unnecessary.

WRM-8102 (WRM-8254)
If you add a new business object model, with a namespace that does not follow
the same order as previously deployed namespaces, to a new version of a global
data project, it causes error messages when upgrading the application.

WRM-7892 (WRM-8254)
When an RQL expression is re-evaluated along with other registered RQL
expressions, the processing of one may affect the results of subsequent
expressions; leading to incorrect result sets.

WRM-7884 (WRM-8254)
Due to the security restrictions when using SSL enabled LDAP connections, the
pagination of BPM resource/user lists is silently disabled, and all BPM
resources are retrieved at once. So, although the user-interface suggests
that BPM resources can be retrieved in a paged fashion and the logs show an
"LDAP: error code 53 - Invalid cookie for this PagedSearch request" error.
in fact, all resources are retrieved from the LDAP Container and this is the
correct behavior.

WRM-7882 (WRM-8254)
When using Microsoft SQL for your ActiveMatrix BPM database, the database
cleanup script has error 'Cannot drop the function 'csvList', because it
does not exist or you do not have permission.'

WRM-7611 (WRM-8254)
In the ActiveMatrix BPM database, in the EC_USER_ACTIVITY table, the
PROCESS_NAME column stores the process instance ID instead of the process
template name.

WRM-7222 (WRM-8254)
If you reschedule a work item in Business Resource Management, ec_wi_status is
not updated.

PVM-678
If you cancel work item in a cascading process instance, when the main business
process has already been suspended, then the cancel of the work item fails.

BX-3745
If a user application that calls the BPM public API is deployed to the runtime
it can provide duplicate packages to those provided by the public API. This can
cause a "java.lang.LinkageError: loader constraint violation: loader (instance
of org/eclipse/osgi/internal/baseadaptor/DefaultClassLoader) previously
initiated loading for a different type with name
"com/tibco/n2/common/api/exception/ErrorLine" error if you perform any of the
following:
- start tibcohost in -clearCache.
- start tibcohost in resolve mode.
- apply any hot fixes.

BX-3707
An intermittant exception is caused when opening or submitting a work item when
using business data services. This is due to the wrong class loader being set
when the case data services API is called.

BX-3693
In TIBCO Business Studio, whenever a service call within a pageflow (or business
service) fails, the pageflow terminates, instead of the error being caught by the
intermediate catch error event.

BX-3672
The queryProcessInstance API returns improper XML when a process attribute
value contains a XML entity.
