Hotfix CZ02021 can be downloaded from the TIBCO Support Managed File Transfer Server- mft.tibco.com.

CZ02021 is a cumulative hotfix that resolves defects and includes defects resolved in prior hotfixes. It supersedes all prior hotfixes for release 7.2.0.
Note: Issue PSZ-209 changes way that BLKSIZE is set for a new TAPE file:
: RECFM=FB - BLKSIZE was set to LRECL
: RECFM=VB - BLKSIZE was set to LRECL+4
After this fix, zOS sets the BLKSIZE to a more efficient value
Defects fixed in CZ02021:
PSZ-255 When a Responder Transfer fails with an SSL error, the transfer
is not removed from the works queue and no Audit record is written
PSZ-254 Receive 002-4 abend when sending a RECFM=VBS LRECL=32768 Tape file
and MAINTAINBDW=BLOCKVS is not specified
PSZ-252 When ENQ_ENTIRE_TRANSFER is set to YES, ENQ is not executed properly
when two files with the same DSN are created at the same time
PSZ-251 Trailing spaces are not removed when using a local translation
table.
PSZ-245 The Blocksize changes when sending a VBS file from tape to disk and
BLOCKVS is specified. When writing to disk, MFT will allow zOS to
set the optimum blocksize unless the BLKSIZE parameter is defined.
Prior to this change, the BLKSIZE parameter was ignored by the
receiving platform. When sending a VBS tape with
MAINTAINBDW=BLOCKVS, the tape BLKSIZE will be used when creating the
disk dataset. This change also allows the BLKSIZE to be set
manually without specifying the RECFM and LRECL.
PSZ-244 Cannot access files on multi-dataset tapes when the file is not
the first dataset on the tape. The following new batch
parameters have been added:
LOCALLABEL=(nn,SL)
REMOTELABEL=(nn,SL)
Where NN is the file label number. "SL" is the only label type
currently supported.
Note: For Sending a tape file, if the label information is in the
catalog, this parameter is not required.
Note: This parameter will be ignored for disk files.
PSZ-243 Platform Server for zOS cannot restrict the TLS Versions supported.
The following new GLOBAL Parameter was added:
TLSENABLEDPROTOCOLS={ All|TLSV1,TLSV1_1,TLSV1_2 }
Multiple "TLS" parameters can be entered separated by a comma.
If this parameter is not entered, the default is "All".
Example: TLSENABLEDPROTOCOLS=TLSV1_1,TLSV1_2
PSZ-242 When the CFPING command is executed without a host name, the
request fails with an 0C4 abend. The same abend is received when
space is entered before the hostname.

PSZ-238 When User Profile contains a domain, the remote user can be
corrupted

Added new FUSPROF parameter:
MAX#=nnnnn Alias (MAX#RETURNED)
This parameter defines the maximum number of profiles
that will be returned for a REQUEST=LIST operation.
Valid Values are: 0-99999
When 0 is defined, or if the parameter is not defined, the
default value of 2000 is used.
PSZ-169 MFT PS for z/OS Started Task failed to shutdown after QUIESCE
command entered.
Defects fixed in CZ01998:
PSZ-178 Transfer displays message PGTM7352E accessing a zOS high level
alias. This message will no longer be displayed for aliases.
PSZ-177 Resolve 0E0 abend in DNIQUEUE+757C when AR15 is corrupted.
PSZ-174 When more than one IPname is associated with an IP address,
incoming requests may fail with node not found.
Added new GLOBAL parameter:
FIND_NODE_COMPATIBILITY={YES|NO}
This parameter determines the mechanism for finding a Node
definition for incoming requests. In MFT 7.2 and above, the code
uses a reverse DNS lookup to match the incoming request to a Node
definition; prior releases used a one-time DNS request to match the
incoming request to a Node definition. The default value of this
parameter is "NO".
Yes: Use both methods to match an incoming request to a Node
definition. Both the reverse DNS lookup and the DNS lookup
will be used.
No: Only the reverse DNS look will be used to match an incoming
request to a Node definition. This is the default value.
PSZ-173 Change script program (OSIUC000) to not call batch program
(OSIUB000) if there was a bad parameter in a script.
PSZ-171 Recompiled Scripting interface program (OSIUC000) to support
LONGPARM(YES). Up to 4096 bytes of PARM information will
be supported.
PSZ-167 The MFTPS v7.2 z/OS FIPSJCL job stream displays incorrect
unauthorized message: FIPS140 -2 Not Authorized: Bypassing
CPU ID and CPU Type display.
Defects fixed in CZ01996:
PSZ-170 When receiving a loadlib from a zOS system, the transfer may go
into a loop. Another symptom is that under rare circumstances
the last byte of a file may be corrupted.
Defects fixed in CZ01988:
PSZ-163 MFTPS z/OS LRECL of 32768 not maintained when MAINTAINBDW=BlocksVS
is specified and the RECFM=VBS and the LRECL=32768.
PSZ-162 When Command Center sends a Node or Transfer Request to zOS and
the Port is less than 5 characters, the request will fail.
PSZ-161 Transfers will fail when the LRECL is maxed when MAINTAINRDW
is used.
PSZ-159 A user with no access to the MFT Facility can see another users
transaction and details through the ISPF panels using TCPIP.
Defects fixed in CZ01977:
PSZ-154 When using an FTP, SSH or Browser client to connect to IS directory
download from backend PS z/OS, if the date created is not available
then the date created from the prior dataset is passed back to IS.
PSZ-146 Resolves a problem with VBS datasets containing logical
records with a length greater than 32K.
Added New Transfer sub-parameter:
MAINTAINBDW=BLOCKVS
When sending VBS dataset with records greater than 32K an 002-4
abend is received when this parameter is not set. This parameter
is ignored when RECFM is not VS or VBS.
PSZ-141 MFTPS outbound transfers became hung as a result of a SYSDSN ENQ
deadlock between the file transfer and the Post Processing Actions
Added New GLOBAL Parameter:
ENQ_ENTIRE_TRANSFER={YES|NO)
This defines whether the entire transfer will be enqueued,
including Post Processing Actions (PPA). Valid Values:
NO This is the default value. MFT will use SYSDSN ENQ to
limit access to files while the files are allocated
YES MFT will ENQ the file being transferred for the life
of the transfer, including Post Processing Actions
