TIBCO Foresight HIPAA Guideline Updates,version 8.5.0, hotfix 8.5.0.4, May 2, 2016
We are pleased to notify you of updates to the TIBCO
Foresight HIPAA Guidelines.
These guidelines are used for validation of Healthcare
transactions only, and do not affect non-Healthcare or Global Markets customers. To stay
current with changes
that were made to the HIPAA standards after our latest
Instream / HIPAA Validator Desktop release, we are providing this
interim
guideline-only update.
IMPORTANT: In general, HIPAA Guideline Updates with version 8.3.0 and
later require Instream and/or HIPAA Validator Desktop version 8.3.0
Hotfix 3 or
later. However, in order to utilize the 278X215I.std, 278X215R.std, 278X216N.std,
278X216A.std, NCPDP_PAU42.std, and
NCPDP_PAH42.std guidelines provided in
HIPAA Guideline Update 8.4.0.5,
Instream 8.4.0 Hotfix 4 is required. For a list of the changes
that have been made for this
release, please view the Readme_interim_guideline_update.txt file. These
changes will be included in the next
Instream / Desktop release.
Downloading Updates:
Updates can be downloaded from the TIBCO Product Support file transfer server,mft.tibco.com using your username and password for the
TIBCO Support
Web. You can use FTP, SFTP (FTP or SFTP use requires an FTP/SFTP
client or command-line FTP), or your web browser
at https://mft.tibco.com (requires
JAVA applet support.
Once on the MFT site, downloads can be
