Listed below is a summary of the issue(s) that have been fixed in this release:

• TSS-17615 - When using a database with high resolution timestamps the server keeps downloading new deployments every 5 minutes until restart.
• TSS-17675 - Kerberos with constrained delegation does not work from a TSS to a Web Player.
• TSS-17713 - NullPointerException causes service listing to be empty in Nodes & Services app.
• TSS-17715 - Service installation failure may be masked with a NullPointerException instead of an actionable error.
• TSS-17706 - When an LDAP search results in a temporary failure, the search method returns an empty result set with an extra 8 second delay instead of immediately propagating the exception.
• TSS-17639 - Addressing some cases where data retrieval via Information Services fail without retry.
• TSS-17675 - Issue using some Connectors using Constrained Delegation
• TSS-17734 - Hard limit of 10,000 routing rules needs to raised.
