You can download this HotFix from the TIBCO Product Support ftp server, mft.tibco.com. You will need to provide your TSC (TIBCO Support Central) credentials. Your username is your email address to access the server.
Please note you should use an FTP or SFTP client or command-line FTP. TIBCO employees must use a secure protocol.

If the JDBC connection pool size was exceeded, a threading issue would occur, and a JDBC timeout error occurred. This has been fixed.
AMBW-24149
The “Send Mail” activity can now sent body text with MIME attachment.
AMBW-24509
While working in a Linux environment, an application failed to restart, and NullPointerException error was thrown, if the application was restart in an AppSpace that contained two AppNodes configured for Fault Tolerance. This has been fixed.

Now, if a database connection failed, the internal lock is released and an error is immediately thrown so that new connections can be created.

In case of repeated headers in HTTP fault response (error scenario), the "Send HTTP Request" activity failed with an "java.lang.ClassCastException: [Ljava.lang.String; cannot be cast to java.lang.String" error. This has been fixed.
