On January 3, 2005, TIBCO announced its plans to retire TIBCO Adapter for Quintessent.  This notice is to inform all end users and partners that TIBCO Adapter for Quintessent will no longer be eligible for renewal of Maintenance services.  However, maintenance services will continue in full force and effect under your Agreement with TIBCO until your current maintenance term expires.

After your current maintenance expires, should support or maintenance action be required, we may provide the option for Support on a Time and Material (T&M) basis through our consulting organization or, if available, through a qualified subcontractor.

During the retirement phase, support will continue to service these products as explained in our Support and Maintenance agreement, with the exception that enhancements will no longer be made to the product.
