The purpose of this notice is to officially communicate that "TIB2MQ" or "TIBCO Adapter for MQ Series 2.x" and any prior releases of this product are not supported by TIBCO. The TIB2MQ or version 2.x of TIBCO Adapter for MQ Series was developed, sold and supported by Reuters and is not part of the TIBCO Software product baseline.  TIBCO's product baseline includes TIBCO Adapter for MQSeries, which is a completely different product from Reuters' TIB2MQ product.  At the time of this notification, TIBCO Adapter for MQ Series version 5.1.0 is the latest release of this product.

We suggest that any remaining customers still using TIB2MQ or TIBCO Adapter for MQ Series v2.x  migrate to the supported TIBCO product as soon as possible ,  as we are not able to offer support for the Reuters product. Please contact your TIBCO Account Representative for information regarding TIBCO Adapter for MQ Series v5.1.0.

Customers who purchased TIB2MQ from Reuters, that are not planning on migrating to the newer TIBCO product, should contact their Reuters Account Representative to obtain support for the TIB2MQ product.
