This notice is to inform all end users and partners that TIBCO is officially ending support for all releases of Yahoo! PortalBuilder. This EOS action will take effect on January 15, 2006.
Although version 4.5.1 and any prior releases of this product are already obsolete and outside of the "active support window," the purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported version of the product.
At the time of this notification, TIBCO PortalBuilder 4.5.3 is the currently shipping version of the product that will natively interact with the Yahoo! content servers. Service Requests on YPB version 4.5.1 or any prior releases will no longer be accepted after the EOS date of January 15, 2006.
After the EOS date, should support or maintenance be requested, we may provide you with the option for Support on a Time and Material (T&M) basis through a Support work order, through our consulting organization or, if available, through a qualified subcontractor.
