Starting from March 15th 2006, TIBCO is officially ending support for releases 3.0.1 and any prior releases of TIBCO BusinessPartner (a.k.a. BP).

We request that all our customers and partners upgrade their environment as soon as reasonably possible to BP 3.6.0. At the time this notice is written, it is the most current and only actively supported 3.x version. Service Requests on releases 3.0.1 and prior will no longer be accepted after September 15th, 2006.

Consequently, all associated TIBCO BusinessPartner protocols will need to be upgraded to the best versions available too. Namely: tibXML, cXML, ebXML, EDI, EDI-HIPAA, RosettaNet and SOAP. (cf the attached spreadsheet for their most current hot fix packages)

Please note that all BP versions prior to 3.6.0 are considered obsolete. Whilst we may still accept related service requests, no defect corrections can be requested (for these obsolete releases). Hence we would like to extend this notice, and strongly advise our customers who are not using BP 3.6.0 to start evaluating and planning a similar upgrade as well.
