This notice is to inform all end users and partners that TIBCO is officially announcing the end of support for TIBCO Hawk 4.5.1 (and older versions). This EOS action will take effect on Mar 15, 2008.
For most customers, version 4.5.1(and older versions) has been outside of the "active support window". The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you upgrade, as soon as possible, to a supported version of the product. At the time of this notification, TIBCO Hawk 4.8.0 is the currently shipping version of the product, and the supported versions are 4.6.0, 4.6.1 and 4.7.0.
Service Requests on TIBCO Hawk version 4.5.1(and older) will no longer be accepted after the EOS date of Mar 15, 2008. Please note that TIBCO Hawk 4.5.1(and older), as an embedded component of TIBCO TRA 5.x, will continue to be supported in accordance with the Support policy for TIBCO TRA.
No standard packages are being offered for Extended Support at this time. However, if you have special circumstances and need extended support or have non-standard terms where these products should still be supported, please discuss these circumstances with your TIBCO Account Executive.
