TIBCO is officially ending support for release 10.2 and any prior releases of TIBCO iProcess Oracle Client Plug-in, previously known as TIBCO Staffware EAI Oracle Client Plug-In and Staffware EAI Oracle Client Plug-In.

This action will take effect on September 30, 2008.  

Although the 10.2 and any prior releases of this product are already obsolete, the purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you migrate, as soon as possible, to a supported release of the product. At the time of this notification, TIBCO iProcess Workspace (Windows) 11.0.0, which includes the functionality originally provided by the TIBCO iProcess Oracle Client Plug-in, is the latest release.

During these 18 months, Support will answer product questions, but enhancements and service pack releases will not be provided. Defect corrections will be considered for critical defects with no workarounds.  

Service Requests on 10.2 and any prior releases will no longer be accepted after March 31, 2010.
