This notice is to inform all end users and partners that TIBCO is officially announcing the end of support for TIBCO Collaborative Information Manager-6.1.2 (and older versions).  This EOS action will take effect on Oct 15, 2009.



For most customers, version 6.1.2 (and older versions) is already outside of the "active support window" as per our standard support policy.  



The purpose of this notification is to officially communicate this policy and request that you upgrade, as soon as possible, to a supported version of the product. At the time of this notification, TIBCO Collaborative Information Manager-7.1.0 is the currently shipping version of the product, and the supported versions are 7.1.0, 7.0.0 and 6.1.3



Service Requests on TIBCO Collaborative Information Manager-6.1.2 (and older) will no longer be accepted after the EOS date of Oct 15, 2009.



No standard packages are being offered for Extended Support at this time.  However, if you have special circumstances, please discuss these circumstances with your TIBCO Account Executive.
